The Concept for Southwest Airlines began in a San Antonio hotel club on a napkin with 3 drawn circles and the cities of Dallas, Houston and San Antonio written in the circles. Lines were then drawn connecting each circle. The concept, a low fare commuter airline connecting the major cities of Texas with affordable air travel.
The rest they say is history. And bags fly free. WOW!
